The Villas Seminyak

The Villas located just in the heart of Seminyak village. Only 20 minutes from the International Airport, 5 minutes drive to the beach. There are many famous places around such as Prana Spa, The Chill and Bali Deli. Our exclusive accommodations offer privacy and luxury with all the conveniences of a full service hotel. All bookings include a daily American Breakfast prepared & served by our chefs in your villa, or you may choose to enjoy breakfast in the courtyard of Prana restaurant. Each villa has its own kitchen where guests can prepare their meals or sit back and relax as our chefs prepare a private dinner for two or a BBQ dinner for your friends and family.

ONE BEDROOM VILLAS

Each Villa is 200 sq. metres in size and has a large filtered swimming pool, sunbathing area, manicured gardens and fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area. The bedroom has air conditioning, a large en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, IDD phone & walk-in wardrobe.

TWO BEDROOM VILLAS

are 400 sq. metres in size. Both bedrooms are identical and open on to a large swimming pool, sunbathing area and tropical manicured gardens. Each bedroom includes air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, IDD phone & walk-in wardrobe. Two bedroom Villas also have fully equipped kitchens with separate dining and lounge areas.

THREE BEDROOM VILLAS

are 600 sq. metres in size. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are identical, while the 3rd is a separate 'round villa' located across the garden away from the other two bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms open on to a large filtered pool, sunbathing area & tropical manicured gardens. Each bedroom has air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, IDD phone and walk-in wardrobe. Superior Rooms are located behind the Poolside Cottages and the characteristic feature of this Balinese designed building is the use of volcanic rocks. These stones called Paras are found in East Bali.
Deluxe Rooms are located in the part of the hotel built in 2001 and you will find them at 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. This building designed in traditional Balinese style makes use of two different materials: Paras, the volcanic rocks of Bali in combination with, white stones imported from Java.
The 14 rooms of Poolside Cottages is very popular since the opening of Ramayana Resort and Spa, completed with thatched roofs near the pool area.



Executive Deluxe Rooms are located on the 4th floor of the new building. Elegantly built with Paras volcanic Rock from East Bali and imported white stone from Java Island.
